When you book with LOBI FINANS doo Beograd, all of the following terms and conditions become a part of the contract between you and LOBI FINANS doo Beograd. Make sure that you read and have understood all of the terms and conditions before paying for your vacation package. You will receive your booking confirmation via email you provide.

Privacy Policy and How We Use Collect Information 

When we need to collect personally identifiable information from you to provide you with a particular service, we will ask the guest to voluntarily supply us with the information we need.

We will use your email address to send a confirmation and, if necessary, might use the other information to contact you for help in processing the reservation. After making a reservation or completing your stay at Allure Caramel Hotel by Karisma, the information you provide will be used by us to inform about special offers, events and promotions. If you do not wish to be notified, please send a request to reservations@allurecaramelhotel.com

Your personal information is not divulged to any third party.

When entering your credit card details, confidential information is transmitted in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL and PKI system, which is currently the most modern technology.
Complete billing process is performed on the site of the bank, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, and security of all data is guaranteed by payment processor for credit cards. Credit card data is not visible in our system. 

The personally identifiable information the guest provides us for making a reservation is used for the purpose of meeting the reservation request. After making a reservation or completing your stay at Allure Caramel Hotel by Karisma, unless the guest tells us otherwise, the information you provide will be used by us to inform you of special offers, or events organized by hotel. Your personal information is not divulged to any third party.

Meetings and events

If you would like to submit a request for proposal online or receive our PowerPoint presentation for Meeting Planners, you will be required to provide certain personally identifiable information. All personally identifiable information the visitor provides such as name, mailing address, email address and telephone number will be transmitted to reservations@allurecaramelhotel.com email via the Internet and is not encrypted. Personally identifiable information you provide to us will be treated as confidential information and is subject to our company's security procedures and policies regarding protection and use of confidential information. Allure Caramel Hotel by Karisma will not use this information for any other purposes.

Cancellation and Complaint Policy 

Should the customer wish to change a reservation, this must be done in written form (email, mail, or fax). Once the written request for change is received with the client’s booking information, we will check our availability. There is no fee for changing your reservation, however, we cannot guarantee that you will get the same accommodation as originally booked, nor promise availability for the new date chosen. 

Should the customer wish to submit complaint, we strongly recommend to submit it directly to hotel staff during the stay. If the customer wants to submit complaint after they stay. feel free to submit it within 15 days after departure, in a written form to the following reservations@allurecaramelhotel.com Please note that complaints will be treated with the utmost care and as our top priority. 

In case of refund, LOBI FINANS doo Beograd, is obliged to refund only through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro methods of payment, which means that Banca Intesa ad Beograd will return funds to the account of the cardholder. This will be applied regardless of the reason for refund.

Individual Room Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations must be submitted in writing in order to be accepted

·         Cancellations submitted 24 hours prior to arrival - won’t be any charges

·         Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours prior to arrival - the one night cancellation fee plus the bank charges will be deducted and the remainder of the amount will be returned only through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro methods of payment

A "No Show" or cancellation during a holiday week including but NOT LIMITED to Christmas, New Years and Easter will result in a penalty equal to the full amount of the booking.

Group Guests Cancellation Policy

Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure

·         Cancellations submitted 7 days prior to arrival - won’t be any charges

·         Cancellations submitted less than 7 days prior to arrival - the one night cancellation fee plus the bank charges will be deducted and the remainder of the amount will be returned only through VISA, EC/MC and Maestro methods of payment

A "No Show" or cancellation during a holiday week including but NOT LIMITED to Christmas, New Years and Easter will result in a penalty equal to the full amount of the booking.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and Serbian dinars (RSD), per room, based on maximum occupancy unless stated otherwise and always subject to change without notice. Prices are included of  VAT. Your credit card will be charged in Serbian dinars. Please read our conversion statement below

Conversion Statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinars (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Banca Intesa ad Beograd. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro. This transaction is encrypted and sent via a secure gateway.

At the hotel, you may also pay in cash, in Serbian Dinars.
